President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on “Some issues regarding management in the field of city building activity in the territories, liberated from occupation”, APA reports.

State Committee for City Building and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan has temporarily been instructed on implementation of authorities in the territories, liberated from occupation.
